Cassia Pedestal Bowl

Hand-thrown marbled ceramic and metallic glaze pedestal bowl. This piece has gone through the creative process of marbling speckled stoneware clay and brown stoneware clay, hand throwing two parts to create the final figure, hand-sculpted, fired in a kiln, glazed with a metallic glaze, and fired one last time. 

Due to the nature of handmade ceramics, each piece is unique and there may be imperfections. This piece is not food-safe as the glaze has a metal base, I recommend considering it for use as a planter, shallow vase, or stand-alone decor piece.
